Lastnight @ around 9:00 I ate a spicy polish about 15mins latter I fell really bad and laid down I kept getting up all threw the night vomiting and I had diarrhea at the same timei had really bad cramps and I couldn't sleep what could this be my husband want me to go to the doctor but I keep saying nooo should I go??????? Food poisoning is something that you want to mess with, so get it checked up anyways. Your symptoms do sound a little like food poisoning, or your stomachs just doesn't agree with the food,
