I always thought that I was just a energetic kid and that's why I couldn't sleep, but it became a problem now that I am 15 and in high school. I read up on insomnia. I have most of the symptoms. trouble falling sleep, memory loss, day time drowsiness, increased errors, waking up not refreshed, and finally a slight depression. I am not stressed nor did I face a traumatic experience so that can't be the problem, although I heard medication leads to insomnia. I take adderall for my ADD so I can focus in class, but if I don't take it I feel more drowsy and less focused. I think its my adderall that's causing this. Ive been using adderall for 3 years. So do I have it? If so how do I treat it? By the way I rather take a more natural approach so try to find a more natural alternative and not medication, but if you can't just reccomend medication anyway :P
