I have: The sims 3 The sims 3 generations The sims 3 pets The sims 3 seasons The sims 3 town life stuff (just in case it matters) But anyways.. They can pay bills just fine using the mailbox.. but they can't receive the gifts. They open the mailbox, get the gift box out (I see it in their hands)... then they glitch over from the mailbox about 10 feet. Then nothing. The gift isnt anywhere. I do not get it in my inventory, I do not get a message saying "(So&so) has sent your sim a gift!" Nothing. It's been like this since I started this family.. but I never worried about it, because who cares? But now I just got a message from aunt bernice about the imaginary friend.. but guess what, now I can't get it from the mailbox. I've tried all the suggestions I found. Moved from the lot, then back to the lot. Moved the mailbox away from the road.. in an open space. I found something about duplicating the mailbox.. but how do you do that? That doesn't work with "moveobjects on" So can somebody please help me? How do you fix this glitch? Thank you.
