I have been in this business 2 years and we are lenient on what piercings or tattoos are allowed. I am now going into a promotion for management and my interview is wednesday. My plugs are not flashy and not huge and i havent had a problem when i had my first promotion. But since im meeting with the owner of this business im not sure if i should keep them in or not. I know how to dress and what to say its just this i need an opinion on.

It depends upon the viewpoint of the interviewer.
I'd lose the plugs, especially if the job even approaches the corporate realm. The plugs are pretty seriously counter-culture and honestly, most jobs aren't and almost no management positions are. I once worked with a young guy with fairly big plugs and often thought "gee, what's this guy going to do for a living when he grows up?" I mean, do you see them with a suit and tie? No... Best of luck.
I guess it would depend on what business you are in. If it's the kind of thing where no one cares then go ahead. I'll be honest, I think those plugs are just weird.
