Well yes of course it could. Im a proud canadian but even i have to say canada doesnt have the best military. but if it should come to it. Canada could easily Build Nuclear weapons. Canada is completley capapble of it. our government simply chooses not to produce them. infact canada is the country that supplies radioactive minerals to the U.S for their nukes.
canada has defeated the Us many a time in battle, during the american war for independence and then again in the war of 1812....so we are 2-0 vs america...aka little brother
