Okay so, i watched this film a couple of years ago, cant remember the name of it...the actors...the year, nothing. I just remember that there was a group of people who were trying to cross the border into america and one of them had drugs on him, then they came to border control and there were two officers there and basically they kill their dog, take them, cage them up and torture them, i think they kill them all too.... and theres a police guy who also dies trying to solve the missing persons case.... i know its not much to go on but i really cant remember the name of this film and its really bugging me... help is appreciated :)
