So just in case some idiots come by: SPOILER ALERT : QUESTION TITLE GIVES IT AWAY -- Okay so at the end of the 4th OVA, Satoshi died right? It took me less than a minute to realise what 'happened', but I just want to confirm with people. My theory: - Satoshi used Kizami's paper scrap, hence why that lovable asshat's ID was shown after they did the chant and all that glowing **** happened. - Apparently using someone else's scrap ensures your death and/or only allows 'part' of you to return: his hands in this case. - Satoshi knew that this was the case since he asked Yuki (whilst Ayumi was walking off without him, a.k.a. out of earshot) what would happen if you used someone else's paper. - He also knew Naomi lost her scrap. So he gave her, his scrap and claimed it was Yuka's to reassure both girls that he would be fine despite knowing that it was actually Kizami's. - Basically he, in a way, became a weird romantic hero, but in a pretty dark, but selfless way. It's blatantly obvious, but can I just have some confirmation? Did anyone else think this was what happened? Or am I suddenly a theoretical genius? (I'm not)
