Hey so, my name is chloe:) and I'm 15 years old, and I'm very overweight. I'm about 5'8 and weight 207 pounds.. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. It's caused some struggles like depression, low self esteem, people saying rude ****.. I've tried many things like diets and such but I just recently tried eating one meal a day, nothing else, and ONLY drinking water. Nothing else.. I plan on doing this until my birthday, which is in a little over a month.. How much weight do you think I'll lose?? And I really only want people who have tried this or somthin very similar to answer. Thanks!:)
