Some new people just moved in above us. They stomp loudly and bang stuff around 24/7. The pictures on my walls rattle. They are very heavy people but that shouldnt be an excuse. They even make noise at midnight. We are trying to save money to move out. I pay my rent so why should I have to suffer?
You could dob them in for being a domestic nuisance; that's legitimate.
