I'm 16, my dad is 42, but he has a lot of injuries that keep him from doing certain things, but anyway, these people across my street do a lot of meth, cocaine, marijuana, and are thieves, and I know this because Im a witness,and the owner of the house is a friend of my dad who works at a prison, but enables them because he doesnt want to deal with his adopted son and friends but my dad installed these lights and they broke them because the light shines on them, but the purpose was to show light to keep people from tripping on the crooked part of the sidewalk, so my dad is installing a bigger, and brighter light, but I want nothing bad to happen like my dad getting hurt or them damaging, or stealing from our house, I feel like I should do surveillance just to make sure it is not them, or catch the person responsible. I am willing to call the cops as well.
