acknowledging theres a problem is a positive start seeking some help perhaps via GP as a first step ride with the advice of the GP or any professional youre referred to engage with any therapy as honestly as possible, things arent going to get worse by virtue of honestly discussing the problems and trying to fix them
go to a shrink/therapist. They help don't listen to anyone if they say the don't because that is what they are supposed to do. And talk to your parents about it they will want to know that you are okay and what is going on in your life because they care about you.
