I recently got into Seattle U and Loyola Marymount University (LA). After all the scholarships etc, Seattle U costs me 35k and LMU costs me 46k. I am going into Business, and in that respect there is not much difference in each school's prestige. You should know that as a family we are economically very secure, and the 11k difference will not make a dent. But at the same time, from their perspective, they dont see why they should throw away money on the more expensive one for similar schools. They are old fashioned and dont get the importance of location. But, they are not close minded, and told me if i can convince them LA is going to be worth it, they will send me there. Of course I have my own points, but I want to give this all I have, since LMU is my dream college. But I would also really appreciate anyone that could give me and good reasons/statistics or selling points for LMU and LA. I know I am some random kid online for you, but this is the fruits of everything I've done in life so far, and I would REALLY be grateful for any help! Thank you in advance.
Apparently location is important to you. Actually, I guess it's important to me, too. You couldn't pay me to go to school in LA.
