My iPhone 4S just would not take photos or download apps because it thought that I had too much stuff on it even though I had no apps, photos, music, or anything on it. I got the new 5s hoping the problem would be fixed. For the first two day everything was fine and I only had 12 photos on it and eight apps. Now its telling me again that don't have enough storage! It said something about iCloud backup. So I tried to back up my iPhone to my computer. Then it told me that there wasn't enough storage to back up my iPhone. I am becoming VERY frustrated and would really appreciate if someone could help me fix this problem.
