This morning I received a message from a guy I am seeing on Viber and then on Whatsapp, a couple hours later I was able to reply. First I replied to the Whatsapp message and it just showed one little arrow and after that I sent him a message on Viber and it showed him as online and that my message had been delivered. I am a little confused because it still shows one arrow on Whatsapp and on Viber it shows a time when he was last logged on to Whatsapp. Anyone have any idea what could have happened?
Maybe his phone is configured to only allow Viber access to data and not Whatsapp when not on wifi? I know I do that with my phone. it can be confusing to people who don't know.
