From what I can tell and from others are saying personality plays a big role. However every time I'm rejected it has to do with looks. They don't say it isn't about looks but I can tell. They always seem to find out that the jock has an 'awesome' personality. What I am asking is it really personality, or is it looks. I've already stopped dating at all, so this isn't me seeing I could get a date, I already know how the story ends.
To me it's true that personality plays a big role. I immediately get turned off when someone is rude or arrogant. It's like the saying that goes in the lines of how looks can capture you for a moment but it's the personality that will make you stay. Cheer up buddy! Don't worry, there are at least 7 billion people in the world and I'm sure you could find someone who'll love you just as much as you do. If not, then that's not too bad! Maybe there are better things coming your way :) but until then, don't lose hope!
