So exactly a month in a half ago I got a haircut. This haircut consisted a zero on the sides and before this haircut my hair was growing out normally. So when my hair began to grow, around the temple area it's growing lighter and finer than the rest of my hair. It looks the worst when I'm under light. Why is this like this!? What can I do to repair it? I'm 18
