normally I take 2 or 1 because generally 3 makes me sick. my mom &dad take 4 &they tell me not too because I'm only 5'2 and 108 pounds. i took 4 this time. I only had a little headache and don't know if I really needed it. I took it with soda as well. I also took 2 about 5 hours ago. is this even a big deal? and will it do any harm? thanks.
When and why did you take the first 4? You will be fine. Do not take more than 6 in 24 hours. Next time, try taking one or two and give it 30 minutes.
