I read a fanfic forever ago and now I want to re-read it but I can't find it, I remember the story-line though. England was mad at America and sent a magical creature to send him to another dimension but the creature gets confused and sends Canada instead. Prussia finds Kumajirou wandering around by himself, since he gets left behind. He manages to get a group to go after Canada and, with England's help, they enter that dimension to find him. Throughout the journey they discover that they have spirit animal type things and can summon them for help and that the only way to get Canada back is to open gates in both dimensions. Canada almost dies in the end but Prussia uses his spirit animal's ability to sacrifice himself and save Canada. I remember America's was an eagle, Russia's was a Snow Leopard, England's was a Badger, France's was a bat, Prussia's was a pheonix, Italy's was a dolphin, Germany's was different dogs from his country, and South Korea's was a fox. I also remember something about the Cheshire Cat and Flying Mint Bunny helping Canada stay hidden from the bad guys by merging with his heart or something and giving him their features. Like his hair changing from blonde to mint green and giving him Cheshire Cat's ears and tail. The pairings I remember are PruCan, RusAme, GerIta, and I think FrUK if you squinted. I also remember it was on DeviantArt and was pretty long compared to most fanfics on that site.
