I have a lot of..well scars on my arm going from my wrist to my elbow.. I would like to be able to wear something sleeveless to my grad night on June 19. If i am using a vitamin E enriched antibiotic ointment and a Miracle Oil with vitamin E. If i use both a couple times a day every day will I see a significant improvement? enough that i can wear something sleeveless to grad?
