I created an account before march 31st and proceeded to signing in with a plan, however, there were issues with the site almost as soon as i started, so i decided to come back to it. When I did, I had forgotten my username and have been sitting on hold on the phone line for hours at a time in attempt to recover my info. I've been at it for a few days now, but even if I do, will I be considered a person who started an application and is being given amnesty until April 15th?
