Well, you've been reading the wrong websites or you have been misinterpreting what you've read. Many symptoms are often attributed to Diabetes but Diabetes is simply the inability to sufficiently reduce blood glucose levels with the release of insulin. In itself, there are no symptoms, all symptoms are in some way indirect. Many such as peripheral neuropathy which you are alluding to are due to the cumulative long term exposure to high glucose levels, long term such as years to decades. True, about 60% of diabetics would have some indications of neuropathy after 30 years of diabetes but have you been diabetic for 30 years? Other symptoms often attributed such as dizziness are the result of injecting more insulin or taking more medications than needed, have you been injecting insulin? What you have are not symptoms of Diabetes but symptoms of anxiety and hypochondria.
It sure as little apples is not diabetes. But it could be carpal syndrome or thoracic branch outlet syndrome (unilateral).
It could be Carpal Tunnel.
