also it will be running with: i3 4130 4 GB ram i saw some videos of it on youtube and it looked pretty good for the price. also, i don't care about ultra/high graphics.
It's okay, but you shouldn't buy it. The GTX 750 is a better choice. From what I've found the price is roughly the same for both cards ($120 or so), so the 650 isn't really a good buy when you can get significantly better performance for a fraction of the power draw. If you can stretch your budget to like $150 though you can get the R7 265 though which beats both cards.
