I am a 205 pound 5'9 offensive lineman. I was wondering how fast i should be able to run 100 yards, then how long it should take me to run 200 yards.

Normally bro if you are playing football you run the 40 yard dash, especially at the fact that you are a lineman. In the 40yd average is about 5.0-5.7 seconds, if you can do better than that bro, then you are going to do great.
