Ive been told that if you DONT surround yourself with junk food, you wont be tempted to eat any. So what i did was i changed my lifestyle of eating, by replacing all my unhealthy food with healthy food. And its been going great :) but the only problem is, how do i control myself from eating junk food at my FRIENDS house? My friends are usually are always munching on some kind of unhealthy snack, or they have some in their cupboards. And unfortunatley, i always end up eating some too :( Sometimes I wont even realize what im eating and how bad it actually is until im half way done with it! Its not like im on a strict diet, because i do let myself splurge every once in a while, i just really want to control myself with this. Sometimes it almost feels like sugar and junk food are controlling me. And its not like im going to stop going to my friends house, or im going to make them change their lifestyle of eating so I wont be tempted to eat it. So are theyre like any tips or tricks or anything to help this? Thanks so much! :)
Well what you can do is serve yourself a small portion and just eat that. Afterwards just say NO.
