You have potential. You sound like a soprano to me. I agree that you need to work on your tone. This means like...singing with a more mature sounding voice rather than just a lazy, whiny voice. This can be achieved by improving your breath control and singing with rounder vowels. Also, I can barely understand what words you're singing. Work on your articulation and diction more. Also, confidence! Your voice sounds very timid and unsure. You have some problems with vocal control, and singing more confidently will help with this.
