I usually sleep 5 to 6 hours and I'm 17. I have always been a light sleeper and I don't really feel tired in the morning when I only slept for 5 hours. I'm trying to get at least 7 hours of sleep but its hard. I don't know if I've been stressing out but I cant sleep without interruptions and my usually sleep is 11:20 to 5:25 than I sleep and wake up at 6:30 to go to school and start to get ready at 7:00. I've also been noticing that My eyes look darker underneath and my sleeping problems started 3 weeks ago. Is there anything I can do to sleep longer?
"I cant sleep without interruptions" What interruptions? Going to the bathroom? Don't drink any fluids in the last two hours before you go to bed. That will help your bladder store more during the night.
