No, I am not anorexic, I just need a good answer. I have been working out for quite some time, just under a year, and I have seen some pretty small results. I told my mom this and she said I need to stop eating a bunch of crap food. I try, but it doesn't work, and I can't do high performance workouts with large weights because I'm still growing. So, my question: What should I do? Should I keep trying to eat a little healthier, or just work out more and stick to my regular diet? And please, no dick answers. Thanks!
