It's a felony if you get caught! Just imagine. Bragging in prison about messing with the mail, and your fellow inmates didn't receive theirs because of some D/A messing with and contaminating their mail.

That's an intelligent question. Sometimes "kids" think of these things...not adults. It is a Federal offense and the person can go to jail. Why would someone want to destroy the private property of others. It would be like someone going into your bedroom and pouring this liquid all over everything you own...including your cell phone or computer......would you like that?
