Does the picture of the item on Amazon always match up with the product?

I'm looking on Amazon for this book, which in stores is about $20, but on Amazon it's around 15. However, there's a place where it says '47 new from $5' and when I click on it, there's some being sold for even one dollar. Anyways, in the picture on Amazon, they're showing the omnibus, touched up version of the book. But for such low prices, I'm not sure if the $1 copy is the touched up version, or the single volume older version. What do you think? The picture is of the omnibus, so...?
Tbh I wouldn't trust it. Don't buy used ones. Go for the one Amazon is selling. Once my moms friend bought a iPhone off Amazon or eBay or something and he got a rock sent in the mail instead
