I am trying to sign in to an old account I have not used in a few years. It asks me a security question that I have no recollection of setting up. I cannot answer it. How can I regain access to my account?

Unfortunately, you cannot login to your account unless you remember the security question. Just think hard about it! Eventually, it will come to you. Next time you signup for an account, use the same question with the same answer.
