I had to send a item back because it was defective ,it was delivered now the seller claims he didnt recived,im a screwed?
If you have proof it was delivered by a tracking number or recorded post, tell him to check his post office with that information. Dont give up yet. I hope you used the Ebay process to return the item.
If you sent it back registered it could be confirmed he got it because he'd have to sign for it.
