My mothery is getting bothered by a man who owns neigboring property. Trash like large tracktor tires ect have been there for 25 years. My mom has lived there for 22 years and the man bought his property with the trash on it 15 years ago. In my opinion he owns the trash but he has brought an officer into the mix. This guy has been snooping on our properties and their has been reportings of a peeping tom. We feel that this is the man who is on the edge of his 50 acre property after 15 years to use the "trash" issue as a cover up for his peeping. He was confronted about it as well. Can anyone offer any advice? We've never dumped trash on his land nor is there any proof other that 25 year old trash half burried in dirt. I always thought if you bought land whether it was preexisting trash dump or gold mine you become the owner of it.
You can file a harassment report chances are people even cops have seen the trash for years but if he filed a complaint their duty is to follow up -
