I am pretty much clueless when it comes to pc gaming and specifications. I just need someone with experience to tell me if it is good for playing pc games and if it can play games with the graphics fairly high. no its not nearly enough, you should have atleast a quadcore processor and a low range graphic card to play the games you mentioned at medium setting. if you don't care about game resolution or graphics either you can buy pc with a quadcore processor and integrated graphics or pc with a dual core processor and a low range graphic card
