the recipe im using for Alfredo sauce calls for some cream cheese, but im out. what are some things i could use instead? i have milk, butter, heavy cream, and some other condiments.
All I ever use is heavy cream, butter, white pepper and parmesan cheese so if you have pares an you should be good to go. If not you'll just wind up with a white sauce.
