Me and my friends are planning to surprise our friend with a bonfire party because its her birthday.We want to do it in a public park that's near us. Do we need any sort of permission from a local authority? An adult will be there by the way.
First of all, you will need a fire permit from the fire department. I don't know if they will issue one for a public park.
