Obviously since I am goalie I can't practice as there is no one around. Also it is hard to practice hockey when not on ice. This two is first thing in the morning tomorrow and this is a very important game for my team and my team is relying on me. What can I do to help me be focused and be ready and prepared for the game? Get a good night's sleep, have some oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. Stay hydrated before and during the game.
