Blue Screen of Death; Scanning and repairing the drive?

My computer upon boot-up shows this screen: https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&site=imghp&tbm=isch&source=hp&biw=1280&bih=715&q=blue+screen+of+death+disable+shadow+caching&oq=blue+screen+of+death+disable+shadow+caching&gs_l=img.3...5577.39564.0.40977.59.31.4.24.12.2.411.3188.21j8j1j0j1.31.0....0...1ac.1.40.img..32.27.1312.gUAx1sFujzA#facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=xvB8skA5kbxqxM%253A%3Bke-ZgHvGCLp6EM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fi1.ytimg.com%252Fvi%252FDb0mh5yC9jM%252Fmaxresdefault.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.youtube.com%252Fwatch%253Fv%253DDb0mh5yC9jM%3B1280%3B720 [not actual image, there are slight alterations] Booting into safe mode doesn't work. And when I run hardware diagnostics all it says is something along the lines of Disk Drive 0 not functioning properly Upon attaching my hard drive into another computer (using the pre-existing CD-ROM hookup), I was able to access my hard drive's still-intact files so I know that the drive isn't corrupted, The windows disk repair, in which I used both 'scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors' and '_', say that there are no errors on the disk. So is there another software that would be able to repair it, or could it be another problem. Could replacing the PCB solve it, i don"t know if that is the case if the files would still be accessible.
