Nothing in liberal arts is very useful. Find a subject that has a career path like accounting, teaching or medical assistant.
psychology and/or communications These are very open ended, broad, and they'll open up many doors for career opportunities. Im doing both at my transfer university (double major). Communications should have good internship opportunities as well
