Which names look and sound better with non-traditional spelling?

People tend to use uncommon spellings for common names. For example, "Lauryn" instead of "Lauren", "Eryka" instead of "Erica", and "Jaxon" instead of "Jackson". I think those names all seem silly and the traditional spelling is better. Are there any names you guys know of that actually do look or sound better with non-traditional spelling?
I think they all look tacky. I completely agree-traditional spellings look much nicer. The only ones I can think of that aren't HORRIBLE are: Caitlyn/Kaitlyn (I still prefer Caitlin), or Hayley/Hailey (I still prefer Haley)
I am not a personal fan of unique of incorrect spellings.I do understand depending on Background their may be a cultural spelling. As far as made up goes not a fan.
None of them do. By the way, it's embarrassing for both the person trying to say a misspelled name as well as it is for the person that goes by that name. Bad idea all around. Spell correctly, please!!!!
Well my names Jasmine, most people spell it Jasmin like the flower... A non traditional way to spell it could be Jazzmin, Jazmin, people sometimes misspell my name these ways
Micheal : Mikhail (it's a bulgarian version) Anne: Anh (vietnamese version) Carla or Clara: Karla or Klara Frederik (for a girl): Frederyk Jason: Jayson
