Around 5 months ago, I decided I would start eating healthier. This change quickly proceeded to dieting, and I started to become obsessed with being thin. Since then I have lost around 15 pounds. I am a 6 foot male, and I weigh 130 pounds. I am always cold(even when others are warm), I get constipated and feel bloated after eating small amounts(which never used to happen), and my skin is very dry. I am also tired, and weak. I haven't been having regular bowel movements, and I have only been eating about 1,200 calories or less a day. I have now started to realize that my health could be in danger, and I need help. I do NOT want to see a doctor, but I do want to start having normal bowels again, and I want an explanation for why I don't poop normally(like I used to). Help!
your not anorexic 15lbs in 5 months isnt even close to the amount someone whos anorexic would lose. but you are eating too little.
Hey it's okay I'm doing the same thing. Trying to lose weight and becoming obsessed about what I eat. I'm dieting under 1,200 right now I sometimes even go to 800 which I know isn't heathy. But just tell yourself to eat like I had to and you feel so much better! Drink plenty of water too! But please don't hurt yourself! I really recommend you go see a doctor before things get out of hand. Unlike me and probably half of answers.com, they know what they are doing! You won't get much help off answers.com! Hopefully I don't have this problem either. What do I know I'm just a 15 year old girl but please be careful!!
