I am not trying to impersonate, but I am thinking of outfitting a rally car_ black charger (legal) black rims(legal) brush guard (legal) cb radio(legal) but what about a light bar? (like white, non strobe, looks like a cop car) who would I go to to find the right answer for legalities?
