dhl (the courier service) called me to say i had to pay 117 dollars if i wanted to get an item i ordered from manchester, england, to here in toronto, ontario. i dont want to call DHL to give them my credit card info (frankly it makes me sick thinking how much money of mine uexpectedly just went down the drain because i forgot to factor in the costs of customs etc when i made my purchase) so question is can i pay this bill online so i can recieve my item
