I met him about a year back and after a couple of months of knowing him he started making weird comments about me. If someone says something he'll say "I bet she does" or something like that about me. He doesn't really talk to me but sometimes when he passes me he'll say my name or something. Other than that, though, he doesn't talk to me. I don't really talk to him except when he asks me a question or something. I don't think he's doing this to make fun of me because he doesn't laugh and it's more of like he's saying it to himself. He's got kind of a weird personality so I though it had something to do with that but he doesn't do it to anybody else. Also, he'll sometimes ask me these random questions out of nowhere about myself. He asks me where I'm from and stuff. I feel like he's trying to be my friend, but in an awkward way.
