Portal 2 is in first-person, but it is not really a shooter(you shoot a gun that creates a portal). You could also try MineCraft Xbox 360 Edition.
Dont really know what you mean by 'deep' but minecraft is splitscreen, for xbox, and is fun for multiple people without fps so yeah
