In the 1st captain America movie there is a scene where Tony Stark's dad shows Tony in a picture and he is like 5 years old. If he was 5 in the 40's shouldn't he have been like 70 in the Iron Man movies?

Well. You do not know that is the picture of Tony. It could be someone else's picture. And Tony could be 75 years old.
