I drink about one can of monster a day, not for energy but because i like the taste of it better. Compared to soda, are they both equally bad for you? I know energy drinks have lots of sugar in them but i use to drink 1 sprite a day instead of monster. Now i like monster better and switched, will anything happen to me if i continue to drink them?
Neither drink is good for you, but soda is much less awful than Monster. If you drink them on a regular basis, they can end up eroding the lining of your stomach and giving you ulcers. They're very acidic and have lots of sugar. If you have to drink a sugary beverage on a daily basis, I would recommend switching bad to soda.
