Ive tried hitting with a hammer for weeks. I'm considering using a ban saw but if that doesn't work i'll try welding it off. any other recommendations and junk for removing this ball bearing from a shaft?
with the little information you are providing, a saw would not work through a ball bearing. An oxyacetylene flame can do the job if you take measures to avoid damaging the shaft.
