I'm16 years old and I weigh 146 pounds and I'm about 5'8. I just have a little weight on my stomach and I don't know how to lose it. I don't think I'm fat or anything but I just want to feel good about myself. I can't gain weight in my legs/butt area but it doesn't really bother me that much. I do of a lot crunches and they don't hurt but I heard crunches give you muscle and don't really help you lose weight in the stomach region how do you lose weight in your stomach?
