I was watching a movie on TV last night and I want to know the name. It's a comedy from some years back that had lots of quirky, out-of-place humor, like a woman pulling a tape measure out of nowhere to measure a guy's muscles while casually talking with him. There was a male lead who sang a few songs and romanced a young, German woman. The woman has a flashback to an island romance with a blonde boy, who later turns out to be a leader of the Underground French resistance. I didn't catch all of the movie, but the bits I saw were funny. I'd like to see the rest, if someone could help me.
