Is there a website that shows what different boxed haircolors look like on real people?

It's so hard to tell from the boxes because they are professionally applied and professionally photographed.
The color that is achieved depends on the current color of the hair, whether natural or artificial, the degree the cuticle opens, the length of time the dye is left in the hair, the amount of dye retained when the cuticle closes. The reason the creme rinse that comes in the box is applied without shampooing is to close the cuticle and seal in the color; shampoo opens the cuticle. Will have to experiment with different colors, varying times left in the hair. That is one reason a strand test is recommended. Some box dyes have examples of the color achieved starting from different natural colors. For box dyes that mix one part color to one part developer such as revlon colorsilk can mix different dyes to achieve the desired color such as five parts light golden brown to one part medium golden brown and six parts developer. Good Luck!
Yeah,of course, there are some, you can take a look at thsi website.
